This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit noboundariesstudio.com or contact us. It is provided under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. What we process
- Contact data: your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message when you contact us by email or phone.
- Job applications: the CV, portfolio and other information you send to careers@noboundariesstudio.com.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information and access logs processed automatically by Cloudflare, which hosts this site, to deliver and secure it.
This site has no contact forms, accounts or online payments, and uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Why we process it
- To answer your enquiries and discuss projects,
- To review job applications and contact candidates,
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix technical issues,
- To produce anonymous, aggregate visitor statistics,
- To meet our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We rely on the grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK: steps prior to or the performance of a contract (project enquiries and job applications), compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests (site security and replying to enquiries), provided these do not override your fundamental rights.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell your data or share it for advertising. We use these service providers:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting, security, email forwarding and cookie-free, anonymous visitor statistics.
- Google LLC (USA): receiving and storing email sent to our company addresses.
As their servers may be located outside Türkiye, data may be transferred abroad in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for the periods required by law after your enquiry is concluded. Unsuccessful job applications are kept for up to 1 year and then deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are kept briefly by Cloudflare under its own retention policy.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and the third parties it is transferred to, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to decisions made solely by automated means, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
