Design and site, one team
When the people who designed a building also follow its construction, decisions on site stay true to the design intent. Our construction management work is led by architect and construction manager Muhammet Ertürk.
What we handle
Coordination between the owner, contractors and consultants; work schedules and progress tracking; checking the work against the drawings and details; material and sample approvals; and solving problems on site as they come up.
Where we work
We manage projects across İstanbul from our studio in Şişli and our office in Silivri.
